The vendor stays the customer-facing party
We work exclusively with software vendors. We never contract with, support or contact your end customers — the integration carries your name, not ours.
Company
We build API integrations between automotive software platforms. We work with software vendors exclusively — never with their end customers.
De Herstellers is an engineering shop with one specialism: the connections between automotive software platforms.
Automotive software runs on a long tail of systems — dealer management, workshop planning, parts catalogues, vehicle data, warranty and lease platforms. Every vendor in that market eventually has to talk to systems they do not own, on APIs they do not control.
Building that in-house means a permanent maintenance obligation on someone else's release schedule. We take that obligation: we scope the interface, build it, host it and keep it working when the upstream API changes.
Our customer is the software vendor. The integration ships under your name, your support desk stays the single point of contact for your customers, and we stay in the background where an infrastructure supplier belongs.
We work exclusively with software vendors. We never contract with, support or contact your end customers — the integration carries your name, not ours.
Every integration starts with a field-level mapping, an error taxonomy and a retry policy that both sides sign off. Ambiguity is resolved on paper, not in production.
Happy-path mapping is the easy half. We design for partial outages, rate limits, duplicate deliveries and replay from the first day of the build.
Queues, idempotency keys, structured logging and alert thresholds. Nothing clever that a second engineer cannot read at three in the morning.
Support tiers are agreed per integration and written into the contract, not into a marketing page.
